
Have you noticed recently that something is missing in public restrooms? Yes, I’m talking about the hooks in the bathroom stalls. Did you find yourself wondering “Where are those darn hooks?” Well I did too so I asked and was told that due to the increasing numbers of handbags getting ripped off from women reaching over the stalls most major department stores and restaurants took the hooks off the doors. Now I’m not one to shed a tear but that’s just a crying shame!
to read articles from CNN and other media sources where they had conducted tests that confirmed families were getting sick when women left their purses on the floors of public restrooms. They brought all those germs from the bottom of their purse into their homes and millions of bacteria was spreading through their household and literally making members of their family sick. Small children are more likely to get sick because their little immune systems are not able to fight off these germs!
in the US tested the purses of 50 women in your average shopping mall. Swabs were taken from the bottom of the purses and then taken back to a lab to test what was living on them and the results are quite disturbing.
One out of four purses was carrying the e-coli bacteria. A host of other bacteria were also found on the purses, the most notable being hepatitis.
